1981 Volkswagen Rabbit Pick up Description

I have a Bosch service shop. This was one of my customers vehicles who moved on to something else. The customer bought the vehicle to me not running. Someone installed a cabriolet drive line and interior and didn't have all the loose ends tied up. I got the vehicle running and driving. I went over the drive line, system by system. The first thing I did was to get the timing set, I replaced the timing belt and tensioner. I also replaced all the ignition components with new Bosch. I had to correct the converted diesel fuel system. I corrected the fuel lines and installed pumps. The car runs and drives strong. The idle has an issue if you let your foot off the gas too abruptly. If you are coming up to a stop sign, the idle will drop and stall intermittently. It is drivable but it should be addressed or adjusted. I replaced almost every piece of the shifter linkage including all the bushings. The exhaust is slightly loud. The tires and are in great shape and almost new. Look at all the pictures, I am nit picking for the description, overall the car looks real nice but the paint job isn't Monterey perfect. The nice thing about this truck is has minimal rust, The few spot seems to be on the left lower door (see picture). I took a picture of the rear inner fender wells, they have no rust at all. There is rust on the rocker pinch welds behind the front fenders from all the years of someone using a floor jack on the rockers. Buyer to pay $500 PayPal IMMEDIATELY at auction end.
