Up for sale is a 1974 Volkswagen Bus in great mechanical shape. This bus starts, runs, shifts, stops, steers perfectly. Truly a dream to drive and cruises beautifully. You can daily drive this or drive it across the country without worries. Recently passed Virginia safety inspection!

Annually inspected by Don at Paul’s Auto in Annandale, VA, the bus received every repair and preventative maintenance recommended without question. I have every service receipt dating back to the early 1980’s. Nearly $4000 in maintenance just in the last year to include:

Replaced cylinder head back in 2015 and entire brake system back in 2014. Replaced the entire windshield and gasket back in 2017.The last major overhaul of the bus was done in the late 1990’s - new engine (1700 cc), bodywork, paint, upholstery, etc. The interior is by no means perfect, but everything looks good and is extremely serviceable. The paint shines nicely and the floors are solid as is the body and frame. The bus does have some rust areas to include rockers and wheel wells (see photos). Still a solid bus and fun to enjoy as is or repair as desired. The bus is sold with original owners manual, two sets of keys, and extra goodies to include new driver's and passenger's side door panels, sun visors, etc.
