1969 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia Description

I'm so wavering on selling my last hot rod, but being 75 years old and not of great health, it really needs to go to a home where it can be enjoyed more. The only fiberglass on the car is the hood scoop, the rest is all stock '69 Karmann Ghia. I bought it partially done, and added about 4 years of "adjustments", such as a custom dash with 100% new wiring on plugs, gauges and color matched console with "cubbies" for storage. There's a B&M shifter working the TCI Turbo 350, going back to a narrowed 10 bolt GM Posi 3rd member. The engine is a 350ci SBC with a nice, lumpy cam, new 750QFT dbl. pumper and MSD-BTM ignitionbox. The Sanderson block huggers go down to an 'H' pipe, then to the remote electric exhaust cutouts. All new window tint glass, very comfortable power seats that are best for someone 5'9'' or shorter. Since I'm stepping away from building cars, I have a large amount of new parts that are always needed, such as mini alternators, starters, a lot of the best gaskets, MSD-6AL Digital box, many MSD parts, new Sanderson ceramic coated sbc headers, electric fuel pumps and just too much more to list here. The car would be full when it arrives. Incidentally, the H/L have been converted to Halogen, with all other lights being LED's, and the stainless trim is in perfect condition. Also have new Dakota Digital door control. The area behind the seats is filled with wheel tubs, and a custom alum., powdercoated 17gal. fuel cell fill the trunk leaving just enough room for tools, car show stuff and the little kid that keeps screamin' :) The car has no overheating issues due to a crossflow alum. radiator with 2 Flex-a-lite puller fans running off a sensor with a manual overide if needed. I've never had it warmer than 190 tops! All new Billet Specialities wheels with new tires, a better steering set-up, plus a very clean engine bay that generally get's it's own trophy. The biggest problem with the car is that if you don't like attention, or have enough room for a ton of trophy's, this may not be the car for you. Please, only serious inquiries, I can be contacted at 360-671-1511 after 5pm, PST. It'd take twice what I'm asking for the car to duplicate it, so there isn't much (if any) wiggle room. I might assist in shipping - I've sold over a dozen short wheelbas, Pro Street cars over the past 20 or so years, from WA. to Maine, even to the UK, and have NEVER had a complaint. That's the way to do business properly. Shipping to the lower 48 only. $500 PayPal deposit within 48 hours ...... as noted above. this car receivesa lot of attention - in the 1st 21 hours of being on eBay, it had 920 views ~ even I was impressed. Sorry I couldn't load video BTW, stay safe out there!! My email is nbrown8397@aol.com for questions.
