1973 Volkswagen Thing Description

Here is a fun little 1973 Volkswagen Thing. The engine is in great shape and has been rebuilt. The Fiberglass hard top is in great shape and does not show any cracks in it. The windshield and rear window are in great shape. I would recommend replacing the side windows. The window frames are in great shape. The gas heater is included and when I turn the knob it clicks and the fan starts up. The floors will definitely need to be replaced or repaired. There is some rust around the outside as you can see in the pictures. The front trunk is rusted through as well. The seats are in good shape and have a unique design to them. I have see the Acapulco version with the blue and white seats, but these are of a different color scheme. If anyone knows if this is another version please let me know! This Volkswagen comes with a Florida title and registration. The spare tire comes with it is well, I took it off so you can see the hood. The windshield wipers do not work. The radio is aftermarket.
