1959 VW split window bus

1959 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon 11 window Description

This is a non running project bus. I have the engine and most all of the pieces except the second and third seats also do not have the rear bumper. There is all of the lights and Windows that come with it. I had it stripped down to remove any filler to get a good look at what your bidding on. The front panel has a lot of holes I am assuming from a dent puller. Both rear corners are there but damaged. the battery box has a hole but is there. The front doors and rear doors are very clean and the two cargo doors are rusted on the bottom. I had all of the doors phosphate and e-coated. The passenger rear jack pocket was rusted beyond repair so it was removed when the cargo door rocker and floor section was replaced. It is very solid but the panels are wavey from years of sitting with stuff piled around it and probably a bad blast job. I bought it with brush and roller paint job on it. What is currently on it is a single coat of epoxy primer on the inside and out. I will get it on the hoist for more pictures of the frame and floor pan.
