Hello, up for sale is a 1978 Champagne Edition Westfalia #70 Volkswagen Bus. It has been restored with the purpose of looking great while still being very functional. This bus is ready to load up for your next adventure. It stands apart from the crowd with features like Porsche seats, custom built cabinetry, A/C, and a refrigerator instead of a chill box... all things to improve the bus without compromising its character.
The matching custom built trailer is constructed from a 1978 bus chassis, meaning it is the exact same width and pulls like a dream. You can put all your gear in the trailer without cluttering your bus. It comes with a roof rack and is equipped with its own power supply, radio, and light system. The lid opens fully and provides a great table space.
Included with the sale is a Bus Depot exclusive 9½ ft by 10½ ft “Add-a-room”, a tent that mounts to the side of the bus tripling your space. You can read the description here:

Below is a list of the items I replaced during the build. I have put just over 1,700 miles on the bus since completing the restoration… and they have been fantastic. I used only professional grade materials and I am someone who refuses to cut corners, however you will see that she was built to be as useful as she is beautiful. That said, there are a couple dings and slight imperfections. Click on the links below for the build thread on thesamba.com and for a walk around video:
