1989 Volvo 780 GLE Turbo Description

1989 Volvo 780 GLE Turbo Rare Coupe This is a 1989 Volvo 780 GLE Turbo. Coupe. This is a pretty rare car as Volvo did not make many of them. The Volvo is in good shape for it’s year. It was gone through mechanically checked out and it starts up with one crank and runs great. The car feels very strong and heavy as it’s a Volvo and it was engineered with safety in mind! This is an excellent car for a new driver as it is ready for immediate use and it can be brought back to original slowly. I even uploaded a video of it running so you can hear the engine running.
The interior of the car in good shape minus the driver’s seat. The driver’s seat has some heavy wear in it due to someone sitting in it for 215k miles and the car being 27 years old. The Rear seats are in excellent shape. It doesn’t look like anyone has sat back there. The passenger seat has some wear but it’s in good shape. The carpet is nice and clean with no major rips, tear or stain. The interior smells nice and clean with no weird odor or smell.
The exterior of the car is in great shape! The paint shines like it just rolled off the factory assembly line. There is not blemishes in the paint anywhere!. The car does suffer from minor bruises and scratches here and there from being a 27 year old car. All the doors, glass, windows open and close like they should. The sunroof works great as well. Overall, the exterior is in good shape.
Mechanically, the car is in pretty good shape! The engine fires right up. The A/C was just serviced and blows ice cold! The engine does not shake or make any weird noises. The car does not seem to leak any fluids. A lot of bushings and rubber mounts were replaced recently. The car does not need any immediate repair. But keep in mind the car is 29 years old and it might need minor services here and there. But I am very confident in this car and would easily do a roadtrip.
This a true classic car which can be an easy daily driver. These cars are hard to come by these days and the value just keep going up. I have explained this car to the best of my knowledge and it is very possible I missed something. I strongly encourage an inspection before purchase.
