1986 Volvo 240 DL Description

My brother bought this car new in 1986, it's non-running at this time, definitely a fuel issue, it will run briefly on starter fluid. The rockers are rusted through in areas and the bodies in overall fair condition, but the interior is in good overall condition. I replaced quite a few parts over the past 10 years or so totaling around $900.but the cars been sitting and has not been driven during that time. I replaced the tires, front brake pads, brake master cylinder, struts and shocks, fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump sending unit in tank with a good used one, front turn signal lenses, hub caps. It has a decent Kenwood am/fm single cd stereo, the car was running up until about a year ago, but like I said it's just been sitting, it did run and ride nice before that. I don't have a title for the car, it was lost, so I'm selling it with a bill of sale only. This would be a good parts car or a driver but it does have some rust issues. It does need a battery and it's a little dirty from sitting outside. Let me repeat, NO TITLE!
