Needs TLC that I don't have the time to provide as I have small children. I stopped driving it about 3 months ago but still runs.
- The odomoeter stopped turning a few years back around 174,000 miles. I would estimate the motor has an estimated 210,000 miles since I didn't drive it much because I had multiple vehicles. Motor should be in great shape since the car was bought brand new in the 90's when I was about 10 years old. (I can remember riding on the back seat while being driven to elementary school.) Once I inhereted the car, I changed the oil and filter every 3 months myself.
- Transmission still shifts fine (but obviously not like brand new). It shifts all the way up and down and doesn't get hung up in any gears.
- The A/C appeared to stop blowing cold air. Probably just needs charging and should blow cool again.
- It has a dent on the front left side. I was still driving it when this happened. It happened overnight and the perp was long gone by the time I noticed. Broke my heart, I tell ya.
- The exterior paint and interior leather seats both show signs of age.
- I was still working on maintaning the car before I quit, so I have 3 spare original Volvo hub caps and the left front blinker light cover. If sold and I can find, I may throw these in.
- THE CASSETTE PLAYER STILL WORKS!!! I even have a few 90's cassette tapes that I would play from time to time.
No oil or transmission leaks to my knowledge. Again, the car runs great. Would be great to drive and bring back to life or would be great for parts if you have one with a body/interior in better condition.
