1961 Volvo 544 Sport Description

1961 Volvo PV544 Sport, Very solid, great driving car. Everything works. Was repainted very many years ago and still shows well except for a few spots where it is lifting (see pics). Thick binder with extensive documentation of maintenance, repairs and ownership history.
Car sat in a barn at one time for approximately 20 years but has been thoroughly recommissioned and has been and is currently registered and inspected.
Carpets and headliner (poorly installed) have been replaced after evicting the mice, lol! Missing drivers side kick panel, and a piece of under dash duct work, that were misplaced when the interior was removed for cleaning. Car is very solid with only some well done patching on the floor, otherwise, no rust repairs to the body have been found. Included in the binder are pics of the car before the paint work was done.
I am available for inspections and test drives, the car is at my lake home in Newfield, ME. 04056 but can be shipped from my business in Wakefield, MA. 01880.

On Aug-18-20 at 14:14:12 PDT, seller added the following information:

I had an interested party ask me about the rockers, gas tank and undercarriage. The gas tank is new, the rockers are perfect and the undercarriage is excellent. The only rust repair ever done was one patch of the floor behind the drivers seat. This car has never been rusted and had never had any other rust repair done.
I have pics of the car before it was painted to prove the condition of the car before the paint work and can send them to anyone who is interested.
Also, I drove the Volvo 40 miles today and noticed the temp gauge must not be working, as it stayed on cold the whole time.
It drove well but did exhibit some clutch chatter in stop and go traffic.
