1946 Willys cj-2a Description

1946 Willys Jeep CJ-2A-serial #23568. Runs great, drives great, stops pretty good. Has working 540 pto with 90 degree drum pulley. Been used the last ten years mainly hauling firewood, bales of hay, and pulling hay wagons around on small farm. All gauges work. Has turn signals, brake and parking lights, horn, and windshield wipers-passenger side is manually operated. The soft top has been on the jeep for 18 years. It has a couple imperfections but overall is in good condition. Front lockout hubs work well. New tires. Jeep cruises great at 50 mph. Everything was rebuilt 12 years ago. Mileage is from when the rebuild was. It was refurbished/repainted 2 years ago. The hood and fenders have scuffs and scratches but nothing too serious. Axles and frame have been painted also. Has original body tub #13582 not a new one from the Philippines. Originally came with a column shift and 6 volt system, those were changed out in the 90's. Winning bidder can have the old 6 volt and column shift parts if you want them. I can store the jeep in my barn for up to a month or you can pick it up on Mon. the 21st during the total solar eclipse. I live in the path of totality. Please call 618-927-0171 8-4cst if you have any questions. Sorry, the old Oliver is not for sale, but the hay is.
