I took the car to Hendrix Wire and Wheel in Greensboro, NC to get new tires. They balanced and trued the wheels, tires and the drums. He used a lathe to do the job. The results were incredible. I have copies of all of the work that has been done on the car since I purchased it in 2014. The only thing that I know of that one may want to address is that 2nd gear comes out of place sometimes while coasting down a slight grade. I am told it is a simple repair. There is a nylon ball and spring that holds it in 2nd gear and the spring has lost its tension. I have not had it repaired because I had just finished insulating the transmission/drive train tunnel and did not want to disturb my work. Everythingabout this car is in excellent condition for a 50 year old English car.
Anyone who really knows these cars or has owned one will understand that there is quite a bit invested into thiscar and the value isthere.
