59 BENTLEY SERIES 1 or S1 *RARE* COLLECTORS ITEM

The Bentley S1 is a luxury car produced by Bentley Motors Limited from 1955 until 1959. The S1 was derived from Rolls-Royce's complete redesign of its standard production car after World War II, the Silver Cloud.

There were only 3,538 produced between 1955-1959

This Bentley S1 has been in a private collection where it has been stored in an air conditioned garage.

This car has been well preserved for the past 60 years and is a very good condition inside and out.

The exterior paint looks to have the correct single stage black. The silver top side was repainted a few years ago due to some minor fading. There are a hand full of normal blemishes on the paint but nothing that detracts from the overall appearance of the car.

The interior shows very well, with only minor wear to the drivers carpet area. The leather seats and door panels are in very good condition showing no significant flaws.
The wood grain on the dash, door panels and rear trays still have a good luster with no major cracking.

The odometer only shows 66k miles but can not confirm that it is actual miles.

Mechanically the car is sound and was serviced by a reputable mechanic locally. I can arrange to have the vehicle inspected at the future owners request. This car has mainly been stored in a collection and driven only occasionally.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
