1989 BMW 325i Convertible

1989 BMW 3-Series Convertible Description

Great chance to own a BMW E30 Convertible. Forauction is my 1989 BMW 325i Convertible.
The color combination is Cardinal Red on tan, with a black top.
Overall the car in excellent shape for its age, however she does have minor flaws. I will try to list all the good and the bad for each aspect of the car.
Exterior: Overall good shape with minor flaws.
Paint is only a few years old and is excellent (base coat/ clear coat)
All original body. Small dent on trunk lid and small dent at headlight, you really have to look for them.
Side trim is excellent, but as with all older BMW'strim around windshield has turned brown.
Glass is in great condition, windshield has the small nicks from road debris.
Convertible top is only a few years old, very high quality, and everything functions perfectly (manual top)
Convertible top does not leak unless it is a monsoon outside
Front bumper has been pushed in slightly and has a small crack.
Fog lights function, with no cracked lenses.
Interior: Overallgood shapewith minor flaws.
The Bad:
The rear view mirror has fallen off, but that's an easy fix. I may fix before I sell it. The button fell off the windshield, needs to be glued back on.
Small crack on dashboard.
Seat shocks (help the seat back move forward) need to be replaced but the seats function ok.
Carpet not too bad, but I think it's the original and could use replacing.
The Good:
New custom floor mats. Black with red trim with 325I in center.
All the side panels are in good shape.
New Pioneer stereo unit, with remote.(Original radio will go with car.)
A/C has been converted to R134 was blowing cold 1st part of summer, but now only blows cool. probably needs charging.
Seats are free of cracks or tears.
Drivetrain: Overall in great shape.
Replaced Timing belt/ water pump, and alternator 20k miles ago
No oil leaks. No exhaust leaks.
Gearbox shifts smoothly
Brakes squeal now and then and may need some new pads.
Full radiator service 3k miles ago.
Replaced all rear CV boots 7k miles ago.
Tires are new, less than 2k miles.
Aligned at same time I bought tires.Accessories: Everything works perfectly (radio, heat, odometer, mileage.) except the cruise control doesn't work, but I think the cable has come out of the gear box. I would trust to drive this car anywhere. Comes with a few odds and ends, small parts, books, receipts, etc.
