1976 BMW 2002 Sunroof Description

1976 BMW 2002 runs and drives
Im selling this because I'm selling my house and I'll have no room to store it, I have a Datsun 240z as my "lifelong" project, don't need 2 projects.
This needs to be detailed finished, here's the list from pros to cons.
PROS
Engine: blocked was rebuilt 1000 miles ago, head was rebuilt 20 miles ago. (project car, only drivin around the neighborhood)
-New plugs, wires, silicon hoses, belts, thermostat, clutch, clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder
-HEADERS
-205/50/17 TIRES 70-80% thread
-17x8 wheels
-New steering wheel cover stitched on.
- ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTS are LED.
- New headlights, side LIGHTS and driving LIGHTS. Their LED too
-Blue Vinyl wrap lower, textured grey paint upper.
-NEW weatherstrip on doors, back quarter windows, back glass and trunk. I have w-stripping for front windshield but not installed, windshield is cracked.
-diamond pattern padded headliner. Needs to be tucked into the window trim.
-Sunroof works perfect after I took it all out and serviced it.
Cons
-front and back seats have tears
-carpet is worn
-Driver window doesn't roll up good but does roll up.
-windshield is cracked
-missing 1 back quarter window lapse (pass side)
-needs the headliner tucked into the front and back windshields (new headliner)
-needs relay for blinker install. I have it. Its for the LED taillights.
-Missing the lower Pass side rocker chrome trim
-No inside sunroof liner
