1980 BMW 6-Series Description

BMW 6-Series . Condition is Used, but excellent. Newly painted beautiful BMW Mauritius Blue; this car has the rare M90 Big-bore, short stroke 3.5 liter engine. It runs very strong! Five speed overdrive std trans. Many new parts: new radiator hoses, air boots, trans mount, coolant level sensor, oil and filter, driveshaft flex disc and center support bearing, coolant expansion tank, front and rear emblems. It also has a new high quality dash cap, and a new Wheelskin steering wheel cover. The car body is very solid and seems free of rust, but the floors had rust damage and have been replaced now with welded in factory panels from Germany. The rear bumper strip, the center bumper and trim, and center grilles have been replaced with new. The brakes and suspension have been extensively reworked---front calipers rebuilt, pads and brake hoses were replaced. New front lower control arms, new Bilstein front shocks and upper strut mounts were installed. The muffler has been replaced, and a new heater fan installed. Tires are Michelin Pilot Sport 245/45x17 with like new tread.The title is a clean Texas title.
