1972 Buick Electra 225 Survivor Triple Black 455 Cruiser Classic Highly Optioned
1972 Buick Electra Hardtop Description
1972 Buick Electra 225Factory original Survivor77,000 Original MilesHighly Optioned Triple BlackAbsolutely No Reserve.
This car is one of the few older cars I've owned that has not been messed with or changed up from original. Other than a repaint at some point this car is very close to factory original. This highly optioned all power luxury car was a wealthy family car in 1972. It has power windows, power seat, Air Conditioning, Cruise control, Radio, High Speed indicator on the speedometer, and more. The body is solid, absolutely no evidence of rust anywhere. The only issue that the car has is some very light hail on the right side and the hood. It is small hail that could easily be repaired by Paintless dent repair. The paint has a nice shine to it and you can't see the hail unless you catch it in the right light. Otherwise, the body is straight for a 72. It is not a show car and has some normal wear but overall the car is very clean for its age. The interior is immaculate for its age, minor wear in the door jambs but absolutely no issues with the seats, carpet, headliner or door panels. All the power windows work good, seat is power and works good, radio plays, not great but it works, it is AM/FM. The AC blows cold, not like a new car but it works. The dash is great, no tears, cracks or anything, the steering wheel is also like new. The car had to have been stored inside its whole life. The chrome and trim on the car are in good shape and hubcaps are all nice as well. I just put new tires on it and they have 20 miles on them. The car starts and runs like new, pump it once in the morning and the choke sets and idles it up like it did when new. It has great power and doesn't smoke, it smoked one time after it sat for awhile but hasn't since. Runs cool and has a new radiator and thermostat, it idles great and is strong running for such a big car. The trunk is like new with the spare tire, jack, and all accesories. The car has all the factory stickers under hood and trunk. The vinyl top is great with no cracks, tears, or wear. The glass is decent but could use window tint on the front windows. I am rolling the dice and going no reserve on this auction, whatever it sells for is what it sells for. If you are in Texas I will need to transfer the title as I'm a dealer, out of state no issue, out of the country no issue but I will be paid in full before the car leaves. Shipping is your responsibility. No Reserve.
