1969 Buick Skylark GS400 STAGE 1 Description

Real deal GS400 Stage 1 convertible car. Only 212 produced and only 131 with th400 automatic. Even less with factory A/C or cruise control. Few original examples remaining in existence. Factory built 11 to 1 compression 400 engine. Rated at 360hp (actual 390+hp). Enginecomponents are # matching with BA turbo 400 transmission and original posi rear end. All original bucket seats and white interior is in fantastic shape. A/C car is all complete and has cruise control option. Sold new in Florida and 2nd owner in NY only used as a Summer car being stored in a dry secure location for 25 years. No rot or rust holes anywhere and no signs of any type of accident or floor or trunk pan replacement ever. Just a beautiful unmolested driver that has been well maintained since new. New tires, brakes, shocks, coil springs, brass radiator, engine completely rebuilt and refreshed to OEM standards. Engine was DECKED erasing the RS code. One repaint due to fading of red color while in Florida that has a 30 year old patina and some previous minor repairs that could easily be corrected to a #1 condition car with cosmetic restoration only. Convertible top is OEM replacement in perfect condition and chrome and stainless trim are near perfect on 80% of car. VIN# 4466790H11813 is Undocumented in Buick registry due to long term dry storage and comes with plenty of history to list the car and its new proud owner.
