1968 Cadillac Convertible (mild custom/pro-street look)
Within the last two years the following has been done to the car:
EXTERIOR
Shaved door handles, runk lock, ll emblems, ront fender turn signals/cornering lights and rear bumper side lights.
New LED turn signals - behind grille, etween front fender/bumper
New two-tone paint - black and burgundy
Custom made grille
New Robbins cloth top/glass window - new motor/hoses - all new bushings/bolts in frame
New top boot
INTERIOR
New upholstery - vinyl/cloth - now has four bucket seats - power front seats
Custom fiberglass console w/glove box/power outlet/ipod connection/seat and window switches
New carpet w/matching floor mats
New weather-stripping
New wiring harness/fuse block
New Kenwood CD radio/amplifier/speakers
New tilt steering column (Summit Racing)
Have had this car over 8 years and vehicle has these features:
Original 472 Cadillac motor - Edelbrock carb. - HEI dist. - one-wire alt. - electric cooling fan - Spectre air box/dual air cleaners
200R4 overdrive transmission with two-piece drive shaft (new center u-joint within last year)
Currie 9” rear end - rebuilt in 5/2010 - 3:89 ratio
Custom directional wheels (Boyds) - 16” front, 5” rear - running 33 x 22 x 15 Mickey Thompson Sportsman radials on rear
Heat/air non-functional - have installed aftermarket heater/defroster utilizing original vents
Nordskog digital dash behind custom formed acrylic smoked panel (not visible when car is not running)
Car is driven to every event we have attended, hich includes but is not limited to:
Round Nevada Classic Car Tour (1500 - 2000 miles/6 days) - travels through several states - four tours
Hot August Nights - Reno, V
Grand National Roadster Show - Pomona, A
Mesquite Motor Mania - Mesquite, V
Northwest Motor fest - Boise, D

Car is set up for parades (4th July, tc.) with connections under the hood for additional speakers and custom flag mounts (3) that attach to the functional steel roll bar.
The Caddy is not a trailer queen, till looks great, ut does have some road awards (rock chips). Should I not get a winning bid, ill entertain trading for an early 60's station wagon (no tri-five Chevy's) that can travel the same amount of road trips without issues..
