1967 Chevrolet Chevelle Coupe Description

Selling a 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle no post Coupe with a Big Block 396 and a M21 4 speedmanualtransmission. This is one of the most iconic and desirable American Muscle cars of the late 60's. The car began its life out in California but was later brought over to the East Coast where it spent some of it's life tucked away in a private dry garage. The second owner later made it to resemble a Big Block Super Sport coupe or simply an SS coupe, and the flowingitems were added, a nicely built Big Block 396 (with plentyof power to make the tire squeal at you foot's request) that was mated to a M21 4 Speed manual transmission, plus a 12 bolt posi rear end, SS hood, Super Sport and 396 badges all around. The car starts right up every time. The engine ideals and sounds great with a mild cam. It's a blast to drive always gets thumbs up everywhere. Brakes work great and stops this beast on a dime. The M21 4 Speed transmission goes through all the gears and the clutch feels very nice. This car also features headers, dual exhaust, new MSD Pro-Billet distributor, new MSD ignition coil, new MSD spark plug wires, new alternator, Holley intake manifold, a Holley 4 Barrel carburetor and a brand new polished aluminum gas tank that was recently professionallyinstalled. The paint shines nicely with some minor blemishes,but is still presentable,normal wear, by no means a show or museum quality but can be shown off at the local car shows and local cruises. Underneath the car is super solid. Rockers, quarters, trunk extensions, floors and frame are in excellentshape. The floors are original to the car and weren'tbutchered like most cars you see now. You can definitelysee that it was a west coast car. Interior is clean as well and has cool features that sets ita part from the restsuch as: desirable bucket seats, SS console with a center clock, SS steering wheel, SS dash, Retro-Sound in-dash head-unit that replicates the old look but with modern features and other things that i'm forgetting at the moment. The back seat is in good shape but does show some repair on top, my guess from sun drying (barelynoticeable). I've just installed 4 brand new tires with less then 100 miles on them, and with the 15" Rally wheels it really shows the cars true to factory Super Sport look. She is turn-key ready to be driven today.
