It has older paint—shines good -- but definitely shows its age. It is older paint and is thin in some spots and has some scratches and chips. Well, more like a lot of scratches and chips, so it has a bit of PATINA, so dont expect a Show Truck new paint job.

It does have very good shine! It is very straight!

I am sure my truck is probably priced higher than some, but go find a nice TRUE SOUTHERN C10 SWBTRUCK that's very original in overall appearance, and a truck fully lowered the right way professionally anywhere near this price!

Here is more detailed information:

The truck has gone through some updates, but I would not call it a restoration. It appears to have had one repaint, not sure. They did not repaint the door jambs. The seat was recovered at some point, shocks and exhaust are fairly new. The bed is in great solidshape but there are scratches in it from hauling as well as the top of the tailgate and front bed rail behind the cab. I can provide more pics.

Carpet is in good shape. Glass is decent. It has the rear sliding back glass.

Odometer shows 55,269 as of today, but actual mileage is unknown. My guess is its well over 100k miles.

It does still have a Catalytic convertor, which is very rare to still have on there, at least here in Georgia.

The bumpers are older. The front one show some age. The grille chrome is just ok.

It does have the typical slightly loose tilt steering column. This can be tightened.

The front springs are a bit weak. They have a couple of twisties in them because I'm guessing it was sagging a bit.

I have driven the truck probably 200-300 miles to car shows and cruise ins and just around town. I get thumbs up and compliments everywhere I go in it.

This is NOT your average 1987 Chevy Silverado. Very good condition for a truck that is over29 years old that you don’t see many of these days. You can drive, cruise, or show it, whatever your preference is on how you chose to enjoy it!
