1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Concours Nine (9) Passenger Station Wagon Description

I bought this great station wagon from southern California in 2004 with grand plans to restore it. Unfortunately "life" has prevented me from restoring the station wagon and now it is time for it to have a new home.
Trim Tag information is - 70 13646 BL 00353 and paint codes are 55 and 55 = 1970, Concours Station Wagon Body, Van Nuys Ca, unit 353, Champagne Gold body paint top and bottom.
I believe the engine is the original 300-hp Turbo-Fire 350 V8, but Ido not have the build sheets. They may be within one of the seats or on top of the gas tank, and I have not gotten that far in to restoring the car to determine whether the build sheets are actually there or not.
The good - This is the extremely rare Chevelle Concours nine (9) passenger station wagon with rear facing third seat and dual action rear gate with power window. The gate can either swing open on one side so you can step in to the back or the gate can also drop down like a traditional rear gate. The body is very solid and straight and since the station wagon is from southern California, there are no concerns with rust. The station wagon has been out of the elements and garaged at my home in Las Vegas since 2004.
The bad - The station wagon has not run since I drove it and parked it in its spot in the garage in 2009. When I drove and parked the station wagon it was fully functioning and everything was running fine. I recently put a new battery in it and all the lights came on, but when I went to turn it over I lost all lights and electrical response. Since the wagon was running when parked seven years ago, I can only assume there are some "electrical gremlins" that have come up as a result of it sitting. Since the car has been parked in the garage, there are no signs of any animal nesting within the car and chewing through wires or anything like that. Additionally a newinterior will be needed, but the seats and interior are all structurally solid; they will just need recovering.
The ugly - The station wagon comes with a rebuilt title from Nevada. The guy I bought the car from in southern California acquiredthe station wagon when he bought an abandoned house and the station wagon was in the garage. The only way he could get a California title in his name was for the city to declare the car abandoned and have it towed to a junk yard. He was able to get the car from the junk yard, but the state of California would only allow a salvage title to be issued to him. To my knowledge the station wagon has never been in any serious type of accident and other than the car being abandoned, there is no reason for it to have a salvage or rebuilt title.
The first two pictures (taken outside) are from when I purchased the station wagon in 2004, the other pictures (inside the garage) are current pictures.
The station wagon is easily accessible and I will help load the station wagon on either your trailer or on the shipper's vehicle.
Please let me know what questions you have and I will answer them honestly and to the best of my abilities.
Thanks for your interest in this great station wagon.
