1967 Camaro Convertible, Procharged LS2, Pro Touring, 6 Speed, 620hp
1967 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible, R/S, LS2, Procharged, Pro touring Description
For sale is my project for the past 10 years. It is a totally custom 1967 Camaro Convertible R/S clone. It is a rotisserie restoration (I have pics of the build) with virtually every piece and part replaced. It has custom paint and smooth firewall. The engine bay is painted to match the exterior as well as the dashboard. The R/S lights function as they should. It has dyno mat installed in the cab area and the entire underside and cab area are treated with raptor liner epoxy bed liner so it will never rust again. It also has Dakota digital VHX gauges and ididit tilt steering column. It has a NEW (from the dealership, not a transplant) LS2, 430 hp crate engine. Mounted on that engine is a D1SC procharger. This combo has been dyno'd and produces 524 rwhp (have the dyno sheet) on just 5 lbs of boost. Backing that power plant is a stage 2, T56 six speed rated at 700hp with a centerforce racing clutch, custom drive shaft and moser 12 bolt rear end with 4:56 gears (with the 6 speed it runs down the highway at 70 mph at 1900rpm). It also sports Detroit speed and engineering 3 inch lowering leaf springs, low profile caltrac (traction system) and Hotchkis convertible sub frame connectors (still in the box ready to be installed). She also has 6-piston front and 4 piston rear Wilwood disc brakes, and custom torque thrust 18 inch wheels (with a spare wheel and tire),also have 2 newGoodyearrun-flat front tires. The sub frame and suspension is all power coated and the front has tubular control arms and coil over adjustable shocks.
It has a clean title however it is a state issued vin. When I bought the car the there was no title and the vin was unreadable so I went through all the proper agencies and procedures to acquire a state title. This is absolutely legit and can be transferred to any state. The only difference is it doesn't have a GM vin anymore. The VINin the listing is not correct,eBay makes you put something.
I drive this car as much as possible as that is what it was built for. This is no trailer queen and does not need to be garaged the rest of its life. That's why I went through all the hassle of rust proofing and bed lining the underneath. If you like driving, you'll love this car.
I just returned from a road trip from Montana as the car got 22mpg at 80mph...good luck getting that with a 600+hp big block!
Now I am sure you are wonder why I am selling. Simply I have too many toys!

I am sure I missed a lot but the pics should speak for themselves.
You cannot build this car for half of what I am asking. Labor alone would cost that much.
Thanks forlooking!
