1968 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible Resto-Mod Description

The following description of this very nice Camaro is, in my opinion spot on. No rust, no mud, good gaps. The Suspension changes, motor upgrade and cruise control make this car an excellent driver.

Features a frame off restoration which includes:

• rebuilt 327 V8 with Comp Cam, aluminum intake and HEI.
• New inner fenders.
• New front sub frame.
• Rebuilt front suspension.
• Color coat, clear coat, sanded, buffed and polished.
• Rebuilt brake system with stainless steel lines.
• New radiator, heater and hoses.
• New fuel tank and lines.
• New top and boot.
• Deluxe vinyl seat covers, door panels and carpet.
• BF Goodrich radial tires on 8x14 alloy wheels.
• Mandrel bent exhaust through Flowmaster mufflers.
• Pioneer sound system.

I have since added:

• 4-Link rear suspension.
• Lowered the car 2 inches and eliminated front bump steer.
• Rebuilt THM 350 automatic.
• Power steering.
• Electric fuel pump.
• Cruise control (Dakota Digital).
• Gauges.
• Sound proofing in doors, quarter panels and floors,

• 4-speed trans. with Hurst shifter.
