1972 Chevrolet Suburban Custom 10 Description

The Sultan of Suburbia itself! An ORIGINAL 1972 CHEVY SUBURBAN Custom 10! Only 3 1/2 owners- cool story: Originally purchased by some dude in Montana in 1972, it was sold to the second owner in 1979 where it lived for a couple years in the harsh winters of the north. A few years after, this Suburban with a 283, V8, with custom Hemi racing cam got hitched up and moved out to California with it's family where it stayed until about 2004. It was given away to another dude that was down on his luck, was beaten down and used as a work truck until 2016... when we saw the guy driving down the freeway in it! We made an offer, and lo' and behold, the prodigal Suburban came back home. She was on her last leg... poor girl. Her old Montana winter battle-scars grew a little (rust and rain, but small spots), her alignment is off a bit, so we invested a little TLC. We had a TON of work done, lots of parts repaired and replaced. Strong transmission, powerful motor, she now runs great, though her idle needs a little adjustment. Yup, she needs work. A little more. Unfortunately, after a little economic hardship, we have to say goodbye to her once again. We need your help to find her a good home once again, where she can be restored to her former glory. Start her up... the classic Chevy roar... purrs as she idles. We're asking $10K firm; need to break even with what we've put in. Good bones, no accidents, body work needed for dents and dings (overconfident grandpa thought he could back it up without help... the post laughed at the rear fender as it tried to kiss it), and some cosmetic rust on some panels. Rust hole on the back ambulance style doors. Bring her home, fix her up, show her off at the car shows, and help her live again! Not sure how many miles. ***Odometer says 46330, but it's probably closer to 446,330.**** Clean title. You will have to pay for transportation/shipping, and it's your responsibility to retrieve this amazing Suburban.
