1972 Chevrolet Suburban 1/2ton 2wd custom.
Up for auction or buy now is this very clean 72 Suburban. This rig is a former show ride out of northern California. It's more of a weekend family cruiser now. Were do I start? Ok Drive train first. this Suburban has a stock low mile 350 with a ton of aftermarket accessoriessuch as a Edelbrock performer intake,Edelbrock 600cfm carburetor,billet HEI distributor,billet pullies and brackets,Lokar tranny and motor dip sticks,ceramic coated Headman headers with 2 1/2inch dual exhaust out the back with Flowmaster mufflers. Also has a Griffin 4 core Aluminum radiator with dual electric fans as well as a billet over flow tank. The transmission is a TH350 automatic with a shift kit. Has a 12blt rear end . This Suburban has been pro lowered and rides great. Has drop spindles and springs as well as aftermarket front and rear sway bars. Power steering, Power disc brakes up front with vented rotors and drums in the rear. Has a really eye catching custom 2 tone paint job with some light ghost flames on the hood. The body is very solid being a California rig. It is also very straight ! Check out the pics. It is a older paint job and has a few minor chips and blem's here and there but overall shows very well for a driver or at the local cruise in or car show. Has a ton of custom touches . Shaved side marker lights,one piece front windows,Custom billet grill,billet mirrors,billet hood hinges,chrome inside wheel wells,billet CCp master cylinder and much more as you can see in the pics. The interior is very nice as well with custom 2 tone recovered and re foamed original front and rear bench seats,original style saddle scroll door panels and rear cargo panels,nice carpet through out,billet dash with all Autometer gauges,I-did it billet column with billet steering wheel and shifter as well as a billet glove box door. Clarion CD player with infinity Amp and 6inch Infinity front speakers and 6x9 rear Infinityspeakers. All wired for Subs and amps. All gaugeslights and interior lights are blue accept for the dome light. The heater has been taken out and had a custom aluminum block off panel installed. Guess they did not need more heat in California? A original heater box and core can be re-installed for a reasonableprice. I was going to put a Vintage air and heat system in it but never got around to it. The wheels are 18x8 and 18x10 Intro billet's and the Tires are Nitto with very good tread. This is a awesome cruiser to say the least. Load up the family and or friends and cruise to all the local show's and get together's . Would also make a pretty sweet surf wagon or a hot hauler!! The suburban run's and drives great. The power trainis set up for reliability. Everything works as it should minus the heater. All of the glass and trim is in great condition. There has been a ton of $$ spent building this one of a kind Suburban. I love driving it . Get's compliments all the time. Plus there is room to take everybody and haul a few things! If you have been in the market for a uniquerig for a fair price you might want to check this one out. I would have liked to keep this one in the collection but need to thin the heard down a bit.
