THE TRUCK WAS ORIGINALLY PURCHASED FROM EARL HAYES CHEVROLET IN DALLAS. THE BODY IS THE CLEANEST UNMOLESTED SHEET METAL IVE COME ACROSS. 90% OF THE TRUCK IS ORIGINAL PAINT. THERE WERE A COUPLE OF SPOTS THAT I HAD FLUFFED WITH THE ORIGINAL COLOR JUST BECAUSE I THOUGHT THE CONTRAST WAS TOO MUCH. THE INTERIOR WAS PAINTED TAN AND COMPLETELY DYNAMATTED. NEW BLACK CARPET, FULL CUSTOM FABRICATION LOWERED SEAT BRACKETS AND MATCHING NEW SEAT UPHOLSTERY WAS INSTALLED. COMPLETE AUTO METER GAUGES, USB PORTS, AND 4 SPEAKER STEREO WAS INSTALLED. ALL NEW DOOR RUBBER, FRONT WINDOW AND RUBBER WAS INSTALLED. HEATER BOX, CORE, MOTOR, AND HOSES ARE BRAND NEW. HEATER WORKS LIKE NEW. I RETAINED THE STOCK FRAME BUT COMPLETELY TORE IT DOWN. INSTALLED CPP C-NOTCH, 5 IN. DROP COILS, 2 IN BLOCKS, DELUXE PANHARD KIT, GAS SHOCKS, AND FLIPPED FRONT TRUCK ARM BRACKETS. TOM'S DIFFERENTIALS DID A NEW REAR END WITH 3:73 GEARS, POSI AND 5 LUG AXLES. I INSTALLED NEW BRAKE SHOES, SPRINGS AND DRUMS. ALL NEW COMPONENTS ARE POWDER COATED GLOSS BLACK AND ALL HARDWARE IS GOLD GRADE 8. I REMOVED TANK FROM THE CAB AND INSTALLED A NEW CPP 19 GALLON TANK UNDER THE BED. MOVING TO THE FRONT SUSPENSION, IT ALSO GOT A FULL TREATMENT OF CPP COMPONENTS. MIDNITE SERIES MASTER CYLINDER AND BOOSTER, CPP MODULAR DROP SPINDLES, 3 IN DROP COILS, GAS SHOCKS, AND DRILLED/SLOTTED DISC ROTORS. MOOG BALL JOINTS, TIE RODS, AND IDLER. CPP FRONT SWAY BAR. THE DRIVETRAIN IS COMPLETELY NEW FROM ONE END TO THE OTHER. WARMED OVER 292 6 CYL. WITH COMP CAM, 9 TO 1 COMP. LUMP PORTED HEAD, OFFENHAUSER INTAKE, LANGDON SPLIT EXHAUST MANIFOLD, 4 BARREL HOLLEY, FINNED VALVE COVER, SIDE COVERS, AND AIR CLEANER. ALL ACCESSORIES ARE NEW, ALT, VOLTAGE REG, FUEL FUMP, HEI DIST, MOTOR MOUNTS, BELTS AND HOSES. NEW ALUMINUM RADIATOR WITH TEMP CONTROLLED ELECTRIC FAN. COMPLETE DYNOMAX EXHAUST OUT THE BACK. ALL ENGINE AND FRONT LIGHT WIRE LOOMS RELACED. INNER FENDERS, CORE SUPPORT COVERS, AND INSIDE HOOD BRACES WERE POWEDER COATED GLOSS BLACK. TRANSMISSION IS A BOWTIE 700R4 WITH ONE WIRE LOCKUP CONVERTER, NEW WENCO DRIVE SHAFT. AT 70 MPH ENGINE TURNS 2000 RPMS. NEW REDWOOD BED WOOD WAS INSTALLED AND DESTRESSED. NEW 18 IN AMERICAN RACING TORQ THRUST II WITH YOKOHAMAS.IVE PUT ON 500 MILES ON THE TRUCK SINCE BUILT AND IT DRIVE, CRUISES, AND STOPS LIKE A NEW TRUCK. IM SURE THERE ARE SEVERAL THINGS IM MISSING.
