1967 Chevrolet Camaro SS Description

This is a very nicely restored Camaro inside and out. Has features that make it a perfect cruiser. Air conditioning, power steering, power disc brakes and improved motor and trans. Ready for show and go. EXTERIOR: It is a great looker. Decked out with spoilers, stripe and the redlines pop. The body is very clean and straight. Has a shiny, smooth finish. Upfront the bumper is replaced and has the optional bumper guards, grill and trim is excellent. SS stripe... correctly painted, the SS hood has new chrome grills. Working my way back the wheel well moldings, rocker moldings, emblems, handles, mirrors and windshield have been replaced. The vinyl top and stainless trim have been replaced. In back the tail lights, bumper, bumper guards, SS gas cap have been replaced. Has front and rear spoilers. Door jambs are painted nicely. Has new weather strips around the doors and the roof, new window seals. Has a new set of rally wheels with the correct center caps. Also has radial redline BFG tires. INTERIOR: It is also very nicely restored inside. I'm sitting in the car looking at the dash, everything looks great. The gauges, lenses, trim are clean. New upgraded heater controls. Many new items- center console, dash pad, deluxe steering wheel, mirror, visors, headliner, cranks, handles. The door panels, armrests, upholstery and carpets have been replaced. New Camaro SS rubber floor mats. Has an upgraded stereo with a power antenna. Under the dash is a neatly installed gauge cluster to show the engine's vitals. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It is actually pretty darn sharp looking under the hood. It decorated with a lot of polished aluminum and chrome parts. The metal is clean with a nice semi gloss black finish. Bottom of hood has insulation, hinges have been replaced. Motor is upgraded with a polished Edelbrock intake and a dual feed Demon carburetor with an electric choke. Has an HEI ignition system and headers. It is dressed up with a nice set of aluminum valve covers. The gooseneck, pulleys, alternator and bracket, air cleaner support bars and fuel pump are all chrome plated. Has stainless steel upper and lower radiator hoses, the shroud is proper. All new Vintage Air system with a polished compressor. TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Clean metal with a nice coat of spatter paint. It is detailed out, the latches, tail lights, weatherstrip all look like new. The jamb and bottom of trunk lid are painted nice. Has spare, jack and new rubber mat. UNDERSIDE: Solid metal, painted black. Front end was gone through- new ball joints, shocks, bushings. Has new disc brakes. Has air shocks in back. New dual exhaust with crossover pipe. The trans was upgraded from a 2-speed Powerglide to a 3-speed Turbo 350.
