1970 Chevrolet Impala 2dr Description

1970 Chevy Impala 2 Door HT- Brand new Jeg's Crate Engine 350, 195 HP, part number (809-10067353) installed 11/2014 by local professional shop. Has new chrome valve covers, new Edelbrock manifold, new carburetor, new chrome plated alternator, new fuel pump, new gas tank with sending unit, new belts, new hoses, new HEI Distributor, new wires, new plugs and new battery. The Body- was stripped down (originally faded gold paint job) and painted by a local shop 3/2015 in Chrystal Red Metallic. Spent a pretty penny on an OK paint job. When cleaned up looks pretty good. The hood was very rusty & very hard to find, it was patched and bondo was used. Painter didn't paint underneath of hood. All moldings were removed down the sides of the car and bondo was used to patch holes. Sanded many times. Brand new rubber gaskets all the away around the car. The Stainless-Steel moldings were remover around the front and rear windows & need to be reinstalled. Glass is in great shape No Cracks. All the front bushings were replaced with new. Still has drum brakes with brand new shoes, new shocks, new tires on Corvette rally wheels with new plastic center caps. Have the old metal rally wheel center caps that are pitted but original. Very nice quality front & rear bumpers (not plated) New Head lights, New rear taillight covers, with new gaskets with new LED replacement tail bulbs. The rear side marker lights need to be installed. Have metal covers. The Interior need to be finished. There is no headliner but do have the bows to install a new one. The front seats were replaced by Oldsmobile Swivel seats from past owner. The front & rear seats were uncovered & replaced with brand new seat covers with new foam. They are in Maroon & Silver. Made by Automotive Interiors. All interior plastic and metal parts I still have and go with car. The Swivel seat covers were installed without back cover which I still have. When Swivel seats are removed to get back part put on, they need to be fixed so that they will lock in place, once reinstalled in the car, easy fix. I have brand new interior door panels (see pictures) as well as new hardware for doors. The passenger door needs the outside handle fixed and interior handle hardware replaced to open. The Dash pad was replaced with new but over the years has pulled away from metal dashboard, so needs to be replaced. The previous owner moved column shifter to floor & put center console in with messy shifter on the Floor. Started moving shifter back to the column when I got hurt (back). The speedo console that is in plastic has crack and the plastic surround was cut by previous owner for replacement radio, the vent switches were removed, but I have a used one that goes with car. Some electrical under dash needs to be fixed(minor). The brake lines need to be replaced. The car hasn't run in 2 years so whom ever purchases the car they will need to flat bed it out of here.
