And this big block was built for power. It includes an upgraded cam, Merlin heads, Weiand intake, and topped with a Holley four-barrel carburetor. The headers add even more power while contributing to the rumble of the Flowmaster dual exhaust. The transmission has been upgraded to a 700R4 four-speed unit. It's stout enough to handle the enhanced power while also delivering overdrive comfort. As you look at the undercarriage photos, you're going to see fresh components, right down to the bushings. Plus, there are nice upgrades, like the boxed rear trailing arms with sway bar. And the upgrade to Wilwood drilled & slotted four-wheel power disc brakes and the grip of modern sport tires rive you firm control.
