1965 Corvette Fuel Injected Roadster.
This car as been buried (literally) in the garage since 1970 !!! (See pictures) the owner pulled it in the garage, removed the battery, drained the gas tank, removed the hubcaps, put them in a paper grocery bag in the car, locked the doors and left it for 50 years ! Before his recent passing he became a Hoarder and the pictures of the garage don’t even compare to the inside of the house...The family has assured me that if ANYTHING is found to the car during the clean out of the house I will be notified, but there are no guarantees. They are looking for any original paperwork, the original keys and soft top.This is true time capsule car... it’s never been apart or modified.
327 -375 h.p. 4 speed. Original “squared”exhaust and spare tire still in the carrier.
It does not run and we have not tried to turn it over... saving that for the new owner. We don’t want to disturb the patina... LOL ! the car does roll freely.
1. This is an Original car with the Original, numbers matching engine ( both vin and pad stamp) and fuel injection unit.2. Rust free Bird cage and frame.3. 47,000 original miles, one owner since 1967.4. Clear Ohio title............... No other paperwork available unless the family finds it during the clean out of the house. We do have a stack of receipts back to 1967.5. Original soft top is gone. Hardtop is not original to the car6. 70% original paint7. Original body panels w/ clean bonding strips. The body has had a couple of bumps and repairs but nothing that required panel replacement.8. Power antenna option.9. Complete and original air filter assembly.10. Good glass.
