I am helping sell this super-cool, very-desirable, original-survivor, one-family-owned, 1947 Chevrolet 3100, Thriftmaster, 5-window, half-ton, short-bed pickup, to help settle an estate. Since Great, Great-Grandpa purchased this great-American-classic brand new, it has only 88,034 extremely-pampered, original miles. This truck has always been garage-kept and very well maintained. It has an absolutely fabulous, straight-as-an-arrow, rust-free body - with all of its original panels and even its original oak wood planks in the bed.
The entire matching interior also looks and feels fantastic - from the seats and door panels, to the dash and headliner. The chrome, trim and glass are also in very good condition. The undercarriage is just as impressive as the rest of the truck. This is not a patched-up, restored show truck. This is an original survivor that has been refinished once 40 years ago. Grandpa loved this truck and it shows.
