1983 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Drag Car & TrailerMy son is selling this car & trailer for his step Dad.Please read the following info:
I'm selling this Monte Carlo Drag car for my step dad, he was diagnosed with a medical condition and can no longer race. I'll do the best I can to answer all questions.I put pictures up of the build sheets on motor and dyno sheets.I can get more pictures of the car and trailer if you need them.Motor is a 409 making 705 horse. It has a 2 speed power glide with a trans brake. I don't have the information on the transmission but will get it for serious buyers.The rear is a Mark Williams 9 inch. All Wildwood brakes. The tub and cage were done by Kenny Strong. This is the last car Kenny did before his passing.
This is a beautiful, fast car. He was running in the 9.50's at Lebanon Valley Race Way.
The trailer is a totally enclosed 27 foot Edge trailer. It has a new attached side awning. Inside is roomy enough for the car, a golf cart, generator, etc. Has white tool box's in front. Also includes the winch. Has locks all the way around with keys.
I know what he has spent on this car over the years so his loss will be someone's gain. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed.
