1968 Chevrolet Camaro coupe Description

1968 CAMARO

***Mini-tubbed***

Description –I bought this car, and alot of the stuff was already done on it, will list what it has, and description. If I gave you a camaro, and you had to do the work and buy everything this one has, you couldn't build it for this, I just have no interest, anymore, I bought a 1955 and that is my interest now. Car came from California.

ENGINE: It is a 427 big block (420 hp), has a 750 Holly CFM, has a (M-21) 4 speed. RPM high intake.

      • New MSD ignition, MSd distributor and coil
      • New ingition swicth and tumblar
      • New fuel tank and lines
        • New 3" exhaust with the W/ H-pipe with flowmasters
        • New centerforce Dual friction clucth and throw out bearing
        • New enterprise 9" heavy duty Rear end with 3:50Ratio-31 spline
        • DSE deep tub
        • Billet speaclties SLX series Polished Aluminum Wheels
        • Tires BF Goodrich G-force Front 235/40/18 Rear 285/40/18
        • New Global West TubularSuspension, with front 1" sway bar
        • New Global West Lowering leaf springs
        • New Coil over adjustable shocks (have tool)
        • New Big Block power steering
        • New Baer 4 Wheel Disc brakes with slotted rotors, Front/Rear
        • New Brake lines, All of them
        • New Chrome Break Booster and chrome Master cylinder
        • New front Billet grill
        • New Door mirrors, both doors
              • BODY/EXTERIOR:- It is a Mate silver, Has a great stance, you could paint it, but it does look pretty different, I know alot of people are going to the Mate color now, but everyone is different. It is a Steel cowl hood, it has the Carbon fiber wrap, along with the rear spoiler. Floor pans looks good, and looks to be original, along with the trunk pan also. Bumpers are good, not new, trim is good, but not new. Has New front spoiler. Been in California for over 25 years.

INTERIOR: - Has ALL NEW DELUXE interior- Seats, Carpet, Headliner, Door Panels, back Hat rack, Dash pad, New console, all new rubber kit. Has GM seat belts in front, that hook to console, like they should.

EXTRAS:- Just add up the big stuff on this car, like Big Block, muncie 4 speed, ALL MSD ignition stuff, Chrome booster and master cylinder, Billet wheels, BFG tires, Disc brakes with slotted rotors, 3" exhaust, Mini-tubb, ALL new interior Tublar control arms, Holly 750, etc...Headlights, blinkers, gas gauge works.

                • Things, I WILL be honest about that, my opinion that it needs. glovebox, don't open? Speedometer doesn't work. Has no front blinkers (not sure why, cost about $100, has the wiring there), Boss Stereo is new, but doesn't come on, speakers are hooked up, nom power to stereo, prob. easy fix.

This car is not perfect, BUT has sooo much money spent on it, and could be worth alot more. If you would paint the car, it would be high end with all the running gear set up.

Go and find a regular Camaro, then add all this stuff up, and see where you would be. If you know car,s then you know. Thanks.

I will ship the Camaro AND PAY FOR SHIPPING, up to 500 miles.
