1972 Chevrolet Camaro Description

This listing is for a 1972 Chevrolet Camaro. My summary follows:
THE BAD:
I’m listing this as NOT running, although I had it running (and insured) as recently as last week (please see YouTube video below).
By way of background, I purchased this Camaro from a private seller on eBay in June, 2015. Since then, as you can see by the mileage from the original auction scan and odometer picture now (not original mileage, obviously), I have driven it a total of 48 miles within the last year. I was a little in over my head, having zero mechanical aptitude or knowledge to fix it myself, and have had it at the mechanic pretty consistently over the last year.
You will find attached a scanned copy of an estimate from a Miami-area mechanic describing all known defects (typed below for convenience). If you have any further questions, please send me a message via eBay–I will just need a little time to check with my mechanic.
This car is not ready for prime-time. Although it currently runs and I have had it insured continuously, it is not yet reliable.
From the mechanical inspection:
The shifter linkage at transmission is wrong. **Don’t go past Drive**
The motor and engine mounts are worn, but okay for now.
The exhaust is hitting the body and sub-frame.
The sub-frame bushings need to be replaced.
The front and rear suspension springs are worn.
The front and rear suspension need to be rebuilt.
Front and rear shocks are worn.
The power steering hoses are leaking.
Needs a new battery tray, correct battery, and new battery cables.
Should have a better cooling fan.
The radiator needs to be flushed or replaced.
Heater hoses are spliced.
The carburetor needs the correct fuel feed.
The air cleaner nut is hitting the hood.
The header gaskets are leaking.
Others:
This car has no A/C.
The transmission fluid has been leaking.
The shifter position indicator on the dash is not connected.
The car has no seat belts in front.
THE GOOD:
I’ll let the photos and video speak for themselves, but this thing is a monster–please know what you are getting into. It is a beautiful car and turns heads everywhere I’ve driven it, but it is loud and fast and not for everyone. While all 93 pictures are below, the entire album is hosted at much higher quality here: http://imgur.com/a/eSGA0
I’m also attaching scans of work that I have done to her. You folks will see that I am already into this car for over $3k.
From what I can tell from the VIN, this car was the base model that originally had the 307ci, with the current 402 being installed by the previous owner.
THE UGLY:
The only ugly is how much I have spent on the car vs. how much I’ve been able to drive it. I don’t have the knowledge/ability/space to work on it myself, and no longer have the money to put into it. I’m looking to start a family, and I’m thinking my (Lord willing) future wife *might* have a problem with me putting a baby car seat in this thing.
MY ADVICE:
I believe in speaking the truth. As I said above, this Camaro is not ready for prime time, and I have to sell it AS IS. I have scanned and attached every invoice that I have paid to date and the inspection from my mechanic, and I hope I’ve been thorough with the pictures. If you have the ability to fix the stuff listed above yourself, or the money to have someone else do it, this is really a great car and a ton of fun–you can also see that this car is much better priced than ones in similarly good condition on eBay or Autotrader Classics. If you’re able to, come see it yourself, or send someone you trust to inspect it for you. If you have any further questions, please send me an eBay message and I will do my best to answer. Thanks for looking!
