1982 Chrysler Imperial Description

1982 Chrysler Imperial
(EFI converted to carburetor)

Odometer Reading: 23961.6 (as of April 16) VIN: 2A3BY62J4CR116918
EXCELLENT Condition!!! VERY CLEAN!!!

I bought this off eBay in 2016 (for $8282.82 + $1000 transport fee), and had over $4000 of work done
(EFI to Carburetor, various engine work, etc.).
The headlight covers do not completely close when turning
off the headlights, in that case a simple
turn of the small circular knob on the headlight cover motor does the trick.

The sun/moonroof opens and closes with no problem. However, the shield does not automatically go with it,
it must first be slid manually. I think it is an easy fix though... The gas gauge does not work. Even after I fill
the tank, it usually shows only 8-10 gallons (sometimes FULL, but then shortly there after it goes down to
8-10 gallons, then 0-4 gallons). In the video (link below) you can see it shows 0, but it probably has
at least 10 gallons in the tank! The wiper on the driver side does not make the full sweep. All else
works just fine (A/C, Heat, Radio, etc.)

The acceleration is waaaaaay better with the 4 barrel carb, and it rides very nice, smooth and solid!!!

I had the EFI replaced with a carburetor...
