The
Citroën XMis anexecutive carthat was produced by the FrenchautomakerCitroënbetween 1989 and 2000.Thehydropneumaticself-leveling suspension(featuring grapefruit-sized metal spheres containingnitrogen, acting as both springs and shock absorbers) gained a very sophisticated electronic control system calledHydractive. This system used sensors in the steering, brakes, suspension, throttle pedal and transmission to feed information on the car's speed, acceleration, and road conditions to on-board computers. Where appropriate – and within milliseconds – these computers switched an extra suspension sphere in or out of circuit, to allow the car asmooth supple ridein normal circumstances, or greater roll resistance for better handling in corners. The result was a big car with a smooth "magic carpet" ride, and better handling than many smaller, lighter, sports cars.
This is a rare 5 speed manual car with 2.0L engine. It is in nice shape. VIN isVF7Y3AH0002AH4710 (ebay does not recognize it).The car is mechanically sound. It starts, runs and drives well. Hydropneumatic Self-leveling Suspension works. All fluids up to date. 2.0L Engine sounds good and manual transmission shifts well. Clutch is good. Paint is mint. No rust. Interior is mint. Brakes are good. Wheels are in nice shape. All major electrical components and gauges work. AC works. Clean NJ title.

The car is sold AS IS. You are encouraged to come and inspect it in person
