1972 Datsun Z-Series Convertible Description

1972 Datsun 240Z 4 Speed VERY RARE Convertible (conversion done in California from what I was told this was the first one ever built!) This car is very solid! Here was the info I was given on the car. This car spent the first half of its life in Hawaii and thesecond half in florida where it was just taken out of 15 year indoorstorage. TONS OF PERFORMANCE UPGRADES, Fully Built engine with triple mikuni side draft carbs (less than 1000 miles), headersexhaust, subframe connectors, suspension upgrades, removable steering wheel, 4 point roll bar etc. It looks like the car was set up to road race. The paint has scratches and some dents from sitting in storage (and boxes being put on it). There is a folding convertible top included with the car but its not attached. Underside and enginecompartment are super clean! I could not find a date plate on the car but theoriginal vin stamp in the firewall matches the vin on the clean Florida title. Im sure all the fluids will need to be changed from sitting so I have not attempted to run the car but engine turns over fine. Over all the car is amazing solid, being a southern car and garaged really help this car stand up to time a new small spots but looks to be onlycosmetic. You won't find another one like this call 347-770-5731 with all questions before bidding. The car has been off the road 15 years and is sold as-is what you see is what you get, its not turn key and should be gone over before putting it back on the road. Im not a Z guy but i will try to answer what ever questions you may have to the best of my ability.
