1970 Challenger T/A project, matching numbers
1970 Dodge Challenger T/A six pac Description
This is an original 1970 Challenger T/A project. It has its original matching number 340 T/A six pac engine and its original matching number 727 transmission. It also has both of the original fender tags and the original build sheet. Options include PS, PDB and Rally Gauges. Colors are FY1 Lemon Twist Yellow with black bucket seat console interior. The car runs excellent and will yard drive, but currently has no brakes. There is a couple pics showing what the car looked like when I bought it, but it is in primer now. It still needs a driver's floor pan and a trunk pan. The frame rails are all good, but the quarters have some rot spots and there are some small dents on the roof. The engine is all original except the headers. The carbs have been rebuilt and the engine runs great. All the 15x7 wheels, trim rings and center caps are original to the car. The numbers on the radiator support, cowl, fender tag, door tag and build sheet match the VIN on the dash. No clones or rebodies here. The front seats are torn and it has an original thumbwheel radio. The trunk lid is rusty. I have a new headliner and stripe kit for the car. This is a project car with 59,000 original miles. The original owner had it up to this year. If you are looking for a T/A Challenger than this might be the car for you. The car is being sold with a transferable registration and dealer bill of sale which is good in every state.
