1971 Dodge Other Pickups Description

This is one of the most desirable Sweptline trucks, a short, wide bed. This truck has been in the Atlanta area since new sold at City Dodge in Decatur, Ga. It is a very solid truck still wearing its original paint and it has very nice patina. I have had a new windshield and gasket installed, I located a rust-free correct original paint tailgate to replace the missing original from California and a rust-free original paint fender to replace a damaged one from Colorado. The bed sides and floor is solid, the cab roof is clean above the windsheild too, the floor pans will need replaced and there is a little across the lower edge of the hood and a small spot at the bottom of the door.

Mechanicals:

This truck is a roller with no engine or transmission included in the sale, The wheels and tires shown in the pictures do not go with the truck, it will have a set of Keystone Klassics and roller tires on it . I do have a good running, clean 318 with a 904 automatic trans that I will offer to the winning buyer for a small additional cost. We also have a very good running 413 with 727 that is available.

Body:

The body of the truck is in overall good condition and still wearing the original paint so nothing is hidden.
Interior:
The interior of the truck is complete minus floor mat or carpet, it will need some restoration.

This is a truck that gets attention because it is that clean and that sharp, when was the last time you saw one this nice? It is cool to drive a classic truck that is different and not a Ford or Chevy.
