1971 Dodge Charger Superbee 383 pistol grip 4 speed, butterscotch, ramcharger hood, power disc brakes, manual steering, 323 8.75.
I purchased this car in 2001 with stuck number matching 383 in it. Rebuilt front end and installed a 70 383 that I rebuilt. Has number matching trans in car and I have the numbers matching longblock engine, partially disassembled. Replaced tires a few years ago. The car developed a brake issue this past year, replaced calipers, brake hoses on the front, and booster, may need proportioning valve. At some point the right front corner of hood took a hit and can see filler and the repair was not done correctly prior to my purchasing vehicle. The left front middle of wheel well has been hit, there was a lot of filler in fender and inner fender around shock tower had been broken loose and rewelded. Replaced front clip from donor car and color primed fenders to match car. I think the car has been repainted at some point. No wipers and missing switch and linkage. Does not have a functioning emergency brake. Never hooked up heater core nor got heater blower working. Temperature gauge does not work and the right turn signal does not cancel. Replaced the main engine harness, but harness under dash has been repaired and may need replacing in the future. Factory tach recently quit working and there are three bad teeth on flywheel but this has never been a problem.Car runs and drives well but is worthy of a total restoration.Car is being sold locally, reserve right to end auction at any time. Car does not have a title and will be sold with a Georgia bill of sale. If you need any other pictures or information, please contact me.
