1968 Dodge Charger Description
Here is a very rare opportunity own a survivor 1968 Dodge Charger from Los Angeles. still has both of its original California black plates from 1968. car is rust free, look at the pics.. has its original red paint on most of the car with areas of primer.. 318 3 on the tree manual column shift.,base model, I was told by prior owner that the miles are original 45,856 miles but I cannot confirm. This is a running driving charger the motor runs great...a very original specimen among Mopars... obviously needs a paint job and some interior work.... still has the original houndstooth looking mat in the trunk.
I have a clean California title in my name and the car has current registration... plan on Towing the car as the brake pedal is very low and the whole car should be gone through prior to taking on the road due to sitting.
The front bucket seats that are mounted are not original to the car but it does have its original seats they are just sitting on top of the rear seat, see pic.. there are some extra parts and trim pieces included in the trunk and a box with new door panels.. the keys for the ignition do notopen the doors and the trunk lock is removed. Quarter glass is also included, in trunk.
A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is due immediately at auction end, the balance to be paid buy cashier's check from a major US Bank or bank wire or cash in person within 5 days..buyer is responsible for All Transport costs and Arrangements I can help load only but the car can be transported as a running driving car so transport will be cheaper... I have it currently running on a gas can as the gas tank may have old fuel in it that needs to be drained. If you've been looking for an original 1968 charger unmolested, now's your chance.. get it while you can.
