NO RESERVE. Here is a unique condition Survivor/Unfinished Restored Dodge Challenger. Check out the 90 plus pictures and Video link below. This is a Real 1973 Dodge Challenger 340 Rallye Package car. This Challenger was factory optioned with Air Conditioning, Tachometer, Front Power Disc Brakes,Power Steeringand much more (see fender tag data and last picture below). This Challenger is in her original exterior and interior other then the carpet; however the engine bay is restored, the 340 engine has been professionaly restored and performance built, the transmission has been prefessionaly rebuilt, suspension has been gone-through, brakes have been gone-through and a compelte new exhaust system with correct tips has been installed...so;this car starts up, sounds great, shifts, drives and stops as a she should. For the past 9 years this challenger has been inside a large shop and the owner has had all the work done listed above and has been enjoying the car as is; howeverdue to family health issues, decided to sell the car. Other then new tires and a small consideration for modern wheels; you can leave her as she is, orcomplete therestoration. All we see is needed is seats recovers, dash pad replaced, minor exterior body work, paint, new vinyl top put on, re-chrome bumpers, some trim redone, new emblems and some door gaskets and glass felts. looks like all the exterior aluminum exterior and rear interior window trim parts are in the trunk with a few other items. The block is correct, but not vin matching, the intake has been replaced with an alluminum Mopar Performance Intake and manifolds replaced with Hooker Headers. Original jack is also in the trunk.Thetrunk floor and Interior floor aresold and had a light coatingapplied to protect from rust. The only rust I have found is on the driver side behind the rear wheel, and then a couple spots in front of the rear wheel on the same side and then a few small spot on thepassenger side behind the rear wheel (see pics). The dash pad and front seat covers need replaced, but rear seat looks great. Door Panels are in great condition, some conditioning lotion would help. Center console and clusteris in excellent condition. Over-all the engine starts right up and sounds spot on, gauges show to work other then the clock unless tapped and the tachometer has not been hooked back up yet. I have spent hours inspecting this car, starting it multipule times and driving it. Tires are a must as they are craked and were just used as rollers until restoration was completed. This is about the most desirable optioned challenger you could get in 73 with the Rallye Package and 340 with factory AC. Rallye package was the replacment name for the R/T.This can be a great car that you canenjoy as she is orcomplete a total restoration as you drive it; a little at a time.Call Ron at 682-333-7433 with any questions. NO RESERVE AUCTION. Bid to buy.
