Evolve Motors is pleased to present our client’s stunning 1951 Ford F1 -1/2 ton Pickup Truck!

We have been hired to sell another gorgeous vehicle owned by one of our customers in Memphis, N . This particular F1 has had a fresh thorough restoration completed on it and it is absolutely gorgeous. It sports a fantastic color combination with an oak wood lined bed with Farmall stake sides.

Top to bottom this truck is absolutely fantastic. Being the first post-war production truck the ’51 Fords were no longer built upon a car chassis. This was the first year of the dedicated truck frame. The body is straight and all the tins look solid and true. The panel gaps are as consistent as they can be and the paint work is show quality. The chrome and trim are virtually flawless, s are the wheels, lass, nd bezels. The bumpers are straight and the lights are in excellent clean condition. This was the first year of Fords restyled wide grille with incorporated headlights. The grille is in factory correct Ivory paint with Argent Silver headlight bezels and the ‘bullett teeth’ look extra straight and nice. The restoration brought the truck back to its original setup and we believe to be the original Sheridan Blue color combination. The doors close tight and the sills, enders, ed, nd roof all look completely dry and solid. We note a couple light scratches on the fender tops (may wet sand out) from charger hookups. We also note some marring on the top of the header panel from the hood safety latch kissing it when closing the hood. We detect a couple dry paint spots inside the door where the gasket mates to the door pillar (only seen when door is open and hard to notice). We also note a minor paint crack on the rear door pillar possible from closing the door too hard (1 inch or less and in a body line so hard to detect. See Pic). We note that the front fenders and rear wheel openings have been replaced with fiberglass which was very common as most trucks were worked until they needed replacing. We also note a small area ofmetal repair on the cab (drivers side under the truck). The gaskets are soft and nice throughout. Overall we would give the body and paint an A grade all the way into the jambs and side steps!

Inward this F1 is equally as nice. The seat upholstery is flawless and taught. The floors are solid and clean. The dash shows beautifully and the gauges sport the perfect amount of patina. Outfitted with factory AM radio in-dash. We note that the radio needs servicing. The headliner is nice and optional dual visors hold their positions nicely. The door panels and all hardware are show quality and all glass movement is true and smooth. We note the added turn signal kit as well as a electric wiper switch install for safety when in the rain. The air control cluster is very clean and shows equal patina. The Steering wheel is as nice as we have seen and the floor rubbers are nice and flexible. The owner added a suicide knob for some stylish steering when maneuvering around car shows.

Under the hood sits the factory correct (and believed to be original) 226 cid inline 6. The under hood looks correct and the truck remains on its original 6 volt system. The battery is strong and the truck fires right up. It idles nicely and revs smooth. The 3 speed floor shift works nicely and shifting is crisp and free of excess slop. The brakes are like new and stop the truck nice and straight. All lights work properly and shine equally bright. The restoration included a full mechanical restoration so the engine paint and detail throughout is something to see in person.

Overall this truck is an absolute stunner and the perfect homage to one of Fords most collectible trucks ever produced. If this truck doesn't win whatever car show you take it to, ust have the judges give me a call!
