1994 Ford Ranger XLT 5.0 HO V8
1994 Ford Ranger XLT Description
I have for sale a 1994 Ford Ranger with a 5.0 HO powertrain out of a 71k mile Lincoln Mark VII. Conversion was done using top-quality parts such as Hedman Hedders, Trans-Dapt adaptors, TCI shifter, etc. Rear end is an 8.8 out of an Explorer with 3.55 gears. Many other new parts were used, including but not limited to, New radiator, drive shaft, coil, fuel pump, most all of the factory sensors, and hundreds of dollars of miscellaneous parts to make it dead-nuts reliable. With the factory fuel injection, the truck starts anytime, anywhere, and behaves like a regular ranger until you open it up. The end result is a quick little truck that I would trust to go anywhere and is a lot of fun to drive. The truck has just passed Missouri State Vehicle Inspection, so if you live in MO, you're good to go for registration; if not, just some extra peace of mind that this truck is road ready.
Suspension has been lowered using drop springs and drop I-beams in the front and a flip kit in the rear with mini c-notch.Wheels are 18" with good rubber on all 4 corners. The interior shows well with new carpet and headliner, and clean seats without any rips, tears, or even heavy wear. All 6 factory gauges work with the new powertrain, and there are no check engine or any other warning lights on. Truck has new clear headlight assemblies and a new Sony CD player with AUX input.
The truck is not perfect and has minor cosmetic dings and scratches that are to be expected of a 24 year old truck. Title is clear and in my name, ready to transfer to the next owner. Only selling to move on to the next project, and truck is for sale locally, so I reserve the right to cancel the auction. Cash talks. Bidders with under 5 feedback, please message me to verify your interest before bidding, or your bid will be cancelled. Scammers and those with excessive bid retractions, do us a favor and take the games somewhere else. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask, and thanks for looking!
