Ford 1931 Model A Sport Coupe
Ford stopped production of the Model T in 1927, after a long and successful run of almost 20 years. Shortly after, Ford released an entirely new car, the Model A. Modern features were added to the A to make it a safer, more reliable car, and one that was easier and more fun to drive.
This is a very nice example of the Model A. It has an older restoration using all original or correct reproduction parts. It is an all metal car showing now signs of rust or rot. It starts and drives fine and has been a reliable Sunday drive, parade, and show car. The car is very clean inside, outside, and underneath. All chrome is clean, shinny, and with no pitting. It could use a new set of tires and, like almost all originals, the rear engine oil seal leaks a bit. The Odometer shows 22,996 miles. I cannot verify actual mileage, but based on the condition of the car the mileage seems correct.
This is the car for those who enjoy driving or collecting. Serious bidders only please. Please ask questions; see and ride in the car in person. You will be impressed. Please contact me for more detail and pictures of this car, or to arrange a viewing and test ride.
This car is sold AS IS. Please arrange for an inspection if you have any concerns. I want you to be happy with your purchase! Feel free to contact me to set up your inspection and/or test drive. Jeff @ 847-347-2387 Terms of Sale:
