1930 Model A Ford Pickup Truck
1930 Ford Model A Description
This truck runs great, starts great, and drives great. I have owned it for four years and have driven it in the summer with my two boys ( who have grown) and we all no longer fit. I bought this pickup off a gentleman who restored it. It has no weird sounds, leaks, nor does it over heat. It does have a thermastat, quick mechanical brakes, strong motor, and absolutely no steering wobble. Please note I have no idea of the true mileage, although the speedometer works as it should. The front and back bumpers are stainless steel.
The rear axle has been sleeved so the rear wheel bearings have the correct clearance. Also, the electrical has been converted over to 12 volt. I have the original 6 volt generator which goes with the sale. The entire truck is metal and original fenders and body as far as I can tell. The tires are Lesters, 6.00/6.50 x 17" and are in great shape. The two spares have never touched the road and none of them have dry rot.
This is a good looking truck, real fun, and easy to work on if ever needed.
Feel free to email me to come and see it or ask questions.
Buyer is to contact me at end of the bidding to arrange obtaining the truck. You could drive it home or I can help load it onto your trailer.
Thanks for looking and/or bidding.
