1968 Ford Mustang Description

10+ year project. Car was completely disassembled and all body parts were replaced..not fixed. All body work, paint, and rebuilds were professionally done. Everything was installed new, but someof the parts are at least 10 years old, and most are not even broke in good with only 350 miles.
I purchased the car after retirement. It was about 50% finished. Thought it would be a quick fixfor a nice car. That was not the case. Now I am 10 years older, and my interests have changed. We recently purchased a Cadillac XLR, which is a little more "age friendly", and it is the one welike to drive on those nice sunny days.
Have well over $20,000 in receipts and do not have receipts for body work, engine, wheels and tires, and many other smaller items. Lot of extra parts.
BODY: Zero rust. Has not had any water on it. Candy apple red, base coat-clear coat. Has new dark smoked glass. I have all new parts for exterior--emblems, bottom stainless, chrome rain drip rails, etc. Just liked the smooth look.
INTERIOR: Ididit tilt column...usa-1 stereo with cd and usb port...stereo speakers in front original spot, rear speakers with third brake light...vintage air and heat...Dakota digital gauges.
DRIVETRAIN: 289 with headers, 4 barrel, one wire ignition. C4 with shift kit. 3 inch aluminum driveshaft. Eaton true lock in the rear with 325 gears and Currie axles. 17" wheels. Front disc brakes, rear drum. Power steering.
Exhaust will need welded up(see pictures). Changed the headers to stainless because the others were rusting. They did not fit the same, so cut and spliced exhaust together. Sounds good as is, but I was going to haveit fixed with a more aggressive sound. There may be other items you would want to change, depending onhow the car is used. The few times I have had the car out, it ran and drove nice, and heat gauge recorded190-195. Fun and a definite head turner!
Will do what I can to help with shipping, as long as all arrangements are made by the buyer.
I have 2 other listings on ebay.
