1985 1/2 Mustang Svo (one of 439)
This car is a California car and has always been in California. Car belongs to my brother who is the second owner - purchased from the original owner. Car is being sold to pay for a few needed home repairs/projects. This is a fun-to-drive car. With the mods that the engine has it feels like a V-8 even when not under boost. People still look/stare at the car and give nods or thumbs-up.
This car looks great from 20 feet but hood and roof have clearcoat peeling.
Many parts have been replaced/upgraded and have less than 20K miles on them:
* Brakes & Rotors replaced all the way around (less than 20K miles)
* Ragjoint replaced, water pump, oil pump, and timing belt
* New Tires (less than 300 miles)
The Engine:
2.5 Stroker - JE orWiesco Pistons (don't remember), Crower Rods, and Total Seal Rings
T3/T4 - Stage III Turbonetics turbo .63 AR exhaust housing
Head - was NOS, ported, big valves Ford Motorsport A237 Camshaft with roller rockers and adujstable cam gear
ATR Header - ceramic coated & strapped (never been cracked)
65mm throttle body (still have the stock throttle body)
HKS Evc III boost controller
Adjustable fuel pressure regulator
T-bird Intercooler (still have stock intercooler)
Cold Air Intake with compressor bypass valve
3-Row radiator
Borla Cat-back single exhaust - comes with car but needs to be fit (it's a single)
* SDS - engine management system available to buyer for an extra $300 - car has been returned to run on factory computer.
Needs:
Tune-up - car sat for 6 years as i never got title from original owner and ther car was finally registered a this year.
Paint - clearcoat is peeling
Needs Front Struts
Heatercore bypassed
AC is there but never worked - don't know if it just needs recharging.
Passenger doorlock only works with key or when manually pushed down
Rear hatch struts need to be replaced Seat on passenger side needs new recliner bracket
Car can be stored car for a couple of weeks or possibly longer with arrangements
