1963 Ford Country Sedan Description

Here is your chance to grab a rare sought after 1963 Ford Station Wagon! Almost as cool as the Country Squire...This Country Sedan will get you behind the wheel of a running driving '63 Ford Wagon for half the cost of a Squire. This car is complete! All the trim is on the car, glass is all intact, Factory A/C, Old School Cragar 5 spoke wheels and possibly the most amazing god given natural patina over the whole car! Just shoot some clear and drive it as is or sand and paint it! The body is very straight.
The good: Car runs and drives, shifts, stops. Has a clear Oklahoma title. Has ALL maintenance records and receipts dating back all the way to 1971! As far as I can tell from the records I got it from the second owner. All trim is in good shape and complete. All door panels are complete and are in decent shape. New Aluminum valve covers and air cleaner.

The Bad: Floors have some rust, body has some rust in the usual places (see pics), front seat needs reupholstery, needs headliner, tires are old but hold air fine. Factory A/C is complete but needs service and does not currently work.
I bought this car about 6 months ago with the intention of swapping the body onto a Crown Vicdonor and using it as a weekend beach cruiser. I even bought the Crown Vic but I have so many projects it's just been sitting. My loss is your gain! As you already know if you've been looking for one...these wagons are getting harder and harder to find and the early '60's Fords are among the most sought after with the '63 being the year everyone wants. I also have a (donor) running 2008(?) Crown Victoria that I would sell with the wagon for next to nothing. It runs great but needs transmission work. This wagon body would drop right onto the Crown Vic chassis with very little modification and you could have a cool retro wagon with all the modern conveniences.
